Fear can be extremely debilitating and can actually rule your life, dictate what you do, or don’t do, how you behave, and influence your decisions.
Fear can take many forms and be related to frustration, anger, hopelessness, feeling overwhelmed, lost or stuck, even sadness or despair.
Rachel offers two kinds of sessions:
– for individuals suffering from fear of horses or dogs – or any related fears or issues, such as the fear of being bitten, of falling, of riding, etc.
– in case of a difficult situation with their own animal, especially dogs and horses: behaviour problems, aggressivity, lack of connection, fears or blockages following an accident, etc.
Those sessions are offered
1. online by Rachel’s online coaching services (Beyond Limitations)
This form is ideal if you live far or in another country. The sessions take place via zoom and only require a good video connection.
2. in-person in Iggesund/Sweden with our dogs and horses. Contact Rachel to book a session
Ideal sessions if you live close by, are visiting the area or comes for a retreat or workshop.
3. in-person upon request in any part of Sweden, Switzerland and Europe – please contact Rachel to discuss it and the arrangements possible.
This is the most convenient for you who live abroad and still prefer personal contact.
Here we work specifically on an issue you have with your own dog or horse.
These sessions can take place:
Each case being different, contact Rachel to discuss the issue first and get a quote.
Rachel:
“My work brings together personal coaching, body–mind practices and animal-assisted learning to allow you to move beyond what currently limits you.
I draw on my years of experience and extensive training with dogs and horses so my clients can find a renewed sense of peace, joy and pleasure when with their animal/s, or whenever in the presence of dogs or horses.
I work with private clients, leaders and entrepreneurs online and in person, mainly between Sweden and Switzerland. Whenever needed, I also travel to clients and work with them in their own environment—at their workplace, home or stable.”
